1. Delivery Areas & Coverage
50’s Flowers delivers across the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Delivery availability, times, and fees may vary depending on the specific Emirate (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah).
2. Delivery Schedules & Cut-off Times
Because flowers are perishable items, we prioritize freshness and prompt delivery:
Same-Day Delivery: Available for select Emirates if the order is placed before [Insert Time, e.g., 4:00 PM] GST.
Next-Day Delivery: Available for all orders placed after the same-day cut-off time.
Specific Time Slots: While we try our best to accommodate specific delivery time requests (especially for Bridal Bouquets and events), we cannot guarantee exact-minute delivery due to traffic and routing.
3. Shipping Fees
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location/Emirate.
Free delivery may apply to orders exceeding [Insert Amount, e.g., 300 AED].
4. Delivery Tracking & Acceptance
Receiver Contact: To ensure the freshness of your flowers, please provide an accurate phone number for the recipient. Our couriers will contact them to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
Failed Delivery: If the recipient is unavailable, the courier will attempt to leave the arrangement in a safe place (e.g., reception, concierge) or contact you for redirection. A re-delivery fee may apply if we have to bring the items back to our workshop and deliver at a later time.
